The ultimate golf training experience
The brief was quite simple. Focusflow wanted a simple Shopify website so they can endorse their in-person golf training and sell the products of their affiliated partners.
Main focus - simplicity and as few sections as possible. Let people book lessons and buy products. Period.
Home page
The client wanted a drone fly-over shot of the golf course as the home page background. As the free Shopify theme they used didn’t allow for this, I used a third-party page builder to make the hero banner and embed it as custom code.
Product page A
One of the main products the client was looking to sell was gift cards as this was something their visitors were often looking to buy for their golf-loving partners.
Various denominations, and instructions on how to redeem them for in-person lessons.
The gift card design was inspired by the predefined Focusflow visual identity.
New element
As the training sessions were a new concept in collaboration with the local golf club, Focusflow wanted to create some visual elements for the newly founded Rya Golf Academy.
Their initial wish was to add it to their logo tagline, however, I suggested going with a more distinct logo that still fits in their visual universe without causing additional confusion as to what Focusflow actually is.
Separate booking page
As Focusflow uses a Swedish booking system, I still wanted to keep it embedded on the website, instead of making their clients leave the website.
As the system looks a bit early-2000s, I embedded it on a separate page so it doesn’t clutter the home page.
